Summary

In this course, you will learn the basics of acrobatics step by step, focusing on safe and controlled movements. From handstands to cartwheels and light acrobatic elements, you will develop strength, balance, body tension, and a good sense of your body. We work on technique, stability, and smooth transitions so that you feel just as comfortable upside down as you do standing.

The course covers foundational acrobatic skills, including handstands, cartwheels, and other light acrobatic elements.

Classes are held every Thursday from 21:00 to 22:00.
