Bachelor of Circus Arts

Overview

The Bachelor of Circus Arts equips students with the skills, networks, and knowledge to establish a career in circus and physical theatre through immersive, practice-based studies. It is the highest level of accredited circus training in Australia.

Curriculum

Students specialize in two apparatus or disciplines, performance and movement studies, and academic subjects including anatomy, biomechanics, and the contemporary circus industry. The program includes a minimum of 20 hours of circus skills training per week.

Schedule

Classes are scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

Audition

Auditions for entry into the program will be held in late September 2026. Applicants must submit a basic video audition if they cannot attend in person. There is a one-off administration fee of $50.00 to apply to audition.
