Circus and High School Studies

Summary

Develop your talent by combining your passion for the circus arts with your high school studies through our Circus–High School Studies program.

Curriculum

The program leads to a high school diploma (HSD) and includes two training components: general training in academic subjects and circus arts training, which includes techniques of circus arts, dance, and theatrical acting.

Schedule

The schedule provides approximately 43 hours of classes per week, including 25 hours devoted to general education and 18 hours to circus arts. The 2026-2027 school year includes:

• Welcome Session: August 10 to 14, 2026
• Fall: August 21 to December 16, 2026
• Winter: January 5 to June 18, 2027

Cost

• Annual tuition fees for Canadian students and permanent resident students who are Quebec residents: $5,150
• Annual tuition fees for French citizens: $5,460
• Annual tuition fees for Canadian students and permanent resident students who are not Quebec residents: $8,850
• Annual tuition fees for international students (except French citizens): $10,290
• Annual insurance fees for international students (except French citizens): $815

Who it's for

Individuals who wish to join the CES program can do so at any time during their high school years. Applicants must have completed primary school, have good knowledge of French, a strong academic record, and experience in circus arts, sport, gymnastics, dance, theatre, or another relevant discipline.

Audition

Auditions are part of the admissions process for the Circus High School Studies program.

Language

The program requires good knowledge of French.
