Formation Artistique — Artiste de Cirque et du Mouvement (Arc en Cirque)

Overview

The Artistic Training program at Arc en Cirque offers a professional three-year course to obtain the title of Circus and Movement Artist, equivalent to a Level 5 certification (bac +2).

Curriculum

The program consists of 3900 hours of training, including 1100 hours in the center and 200 hours in a professional environment each year.

Schedule

The training runs from September to the end of June/beginning of July, with an average of 32 hours per week.

Who it's for

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have defined their circus technique related to their creation project. No diplomas are required, but strong motivation and physical preparation for circus arts are necessary.

Audition

The selection process includes a pre-selection based on a dossier and a technical and artistic selection day with collective and individual workshops.

Language

The language of instruction is French.
