About this opportunity
The Professional Integration program is designed for circus artists who already have a project in mind. The main objectives of this program are to assist in defining and constructing a professional project within the circus arts sector and to connect the artist with artistic and cultural partners. The program focuses on four key areas: developing one's discipline, positioning oneself within the professional environment, assessing needs for safe progression on their apparatus, and expressing their artistic and technical personality.
The program includes professional immersion through internships with companies. Throughout the integration process, artists will receive guidance on their individual projects from specialized instructors. The educational coordinator will regularly check in with each participant to adjust and/or direct the support and project as needed. The technical platform includes aerial arts, juggling, acrobatics, Chinese pole, trampolining (both large and mini), balance, and more. Students are evaluated continuously through technical assessments, self-evaluations, written reports, artistic situations, and individual interviews. Detailed evaluation methods and modalities can be found in the information booklet.
The program runs from September to June, totaling 597 hours, with approximately 18 hours of instruction per week over 33 weeks.
The total cost of the program is €2,868.30, which includes educational fees, spectator pathway fees, administrative fees, association membership, and FFEC license fees. Note that this amount may be slightly adjusted in September 2027.
This program is intended for individuals with a proven and regular practice in circus arts and a sufficient understanding of the French language.
The application deadline for the 2026/2027 cohort is July 19, 2026.
The language of instruction is French.

I had an incredible time at ECB in 2021-2023. I did 2 years of professional insertion, and it changed my life. All the teachers were highly qualified, diverse, and they were all paying attention and providing very usefull feedback about my artistic choices and evolution. The school gave me may gigs and I felt really integrated into thheir pro network. We created 5 collective shows in 2 years, and I left the school feeling able to repdroduce the process, understanding what was my artistic desires.
