Juggling Deepening – Circus Academy Berlin

Opening Summary This workshop focuses on the genre of object manipulation, enhancing cognitive skills such as concentration, coordination, reaction speed, and sense of rhythm.

Curriculum The workshop includes training in hand-eye coordination, concentration, posture, and body awareness, methods to improve frustration tolerance, error analysis, and juggling techniques with balls, clubs, and rings. It covers patterns like cascade, reverse cascade, shower, flash, and box, as well as rhythm work and partner/group juggling examples.
