Movement X — Modern Circus at Fjordane Folkehøgskule (Norway)

1–2 year preparatory circus programme at Fjordane Folkehøgskule in Nordfjordeid, West Norway. The only FEDEC-approved circus programme in Norway. Late August through late May (~9 months per year), with approximately 16–20 hours of circus instruction per week. Disciplines: aerial (trapeze, ring), floor acrobatics, trampoline, juggling (balls, clubs, diabolo), balance skills (handstands, Cyr wheel, rope, unicycle, rola bola), strength and flexibility, stage performance, equipment rigging and safety. Two group performances per year plus individual solo work. No prior circus experience required — motivation and dedication are the main criteria. Minimum age 18. Designed as preparation for higher circus arts education.
