Movement X — Modern Circus at Fjordane Folkehøgskule (Norway)

Movement X Modern Circus is Norway's only FEDEC-approved circus program at Fjordane Folkehøgskule. This program allows students to immerse themselves in various circus disciplines, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. The training is practical and varied, with a strong emphasis on technique and progression in a safe environment. Students will engage in activities such as aerial and floor acrobatics, juggling, strength training, and scenic arts, while also enjoying the vibrant folk school life with trips and activities.
