Physical Theatre Summer Workshop 2026

Moveo is happy to present the 21st edition of our successful international Physical Theatre Summer Workshop in Barcelona, designed to train participants in the most important principles of dramatic corporeal mime and physical theatre in a multicultural and creative environment.

Curriculum

During the physical theatre summer course, the following points will be studied:

• Scenic presence: muscular tonicity and dramatic intention
• Body articulation and spatial articulation
• Weight as a dramatic tool
• Study of displacements
• Dynamo-rhythms and movement textures
• Introduction to the corporeal mime repertoire
• Physical dialogue and scenic relationships
• Improvisation
• Creation exercises
