School Placement

The Dance Theatre of Harlem School provides high-quality classical ballet and dance training to children and youth from ages 3 to 18, ensuring that students of diverse backgrounds feel inspired and supported. In our building, students feel physically and emotionally safe and are encouraged to explore their greatest potential as growing artists.

Audition

Register for a placement class for the 2026-2027 Fall/Spring term. Non-refundable $25 Placement Class Fee.

Dates

• June 6, 2026: Ages 3-7, 11am-12pm; Ages 8-12, 12pm-1pm; Ages 13 & up, 1pm-2pm.
• August 15, 2026: Ages 3-7, 11am-12pm; Ages 8-12, 12pm-1pm; Ages 13 & up, 1pm-2pm.

Who it's for

Male and female students ages 3 – 18 years.

Dance Theatre of Harlem Everett Center for the Performing Arts, 466 West 152nd Street, Between St. Nicholas & Amsterdam Avenues.
