Coaching und Kompetenztrainings

Coaching and Competence Training focuses on improving soft skills, achieving goals, and nurturing self-esteem and self-perception. The training sessions are conducted in small groups, aiming at developing competencies in professionally relevant skills such as voice use, speech technique, rhetoric, body language, presentation techniques, and relaxation skills for negotiations, job interviews, training sessions, etc. Individual training is also available if needed.
