Intensive Training and Exploration of Physical Theatre and Mime

Three intensive weeks focusing on awakening the senses, igniting spirits, and refining performance skills in physical theatre and mime. The workshop aims to transform performers towards presence, impact, and playfulness on stage.

Curriculum

• Block 1: Training in Physical Theatre and Corporeal Mime (April 25th - May 13th, 2022)
• Block 2: Studies of Application of Technique in Play on Stage (3 weeks in May/June, dates to be announced)
• Block 3: Research in Creation, Performance and Authorship (3 to 5 weeks in June/July, dates to be announced)

Schedule

• Monday: 11:00 - 15:00
• Tuesday: 12:00 - 15:00
• Wednesday: 12:00 - 16:00
• Thursday: 10:00 - 15:00
• Friday: 10:00 - 14:00

20 hours per week with a half-hour break each day.
