Aerial Hoop Level 0-1 at ANNACONDA Pole & Aerial Sports

Aerial Hoop is an acrobatic aerial discipline that combines strength, flexibility, and coordination. This course is designed for beginners and those with some experience, focusing on building strength and learning basic techniques such as Man in the Moon and Mermaid. Students will practice simple figures and connect them into small fluid combinations primarily at the Bottom Bar, while also learning initial tricks at the Top Bar.
